Thirtyfour Audio Weddings

So What’s the deal with weddings?

I know, right? They’re crazy.

Well, not really. One of the things that I really pride myself on is my ability to make the audio portions of weddings as stress free as possible for the couple. Long story short, I got you.

How does a thirtyfour audio wedding work?

Just like any relationship, communication is what makes everything go smoothly (see what I did there?).

BEFORE THE WEDDING

When you contact Thirtyfour Audio regarding your wedding, the first thing I’ll do is set up a time and place to have a quick sit-down to just talk high level stuff, and allow you to ask any questions or special concerns you might have. You can ask me any questions you’d like, and I’ll give you a basic overview of how I operate.

Once you decide to book Thirtyfour Audio, we will get deeper into details and planning. I will ask specific questions, and start shaping the outline of the day. We will work through any potential issues, as well as plan specifics. Ideally, we would have another sit-down to make sure that we are all on the same page.

PLANNING

I’ve worked to make the planning process as easy and straightforward as possible via the two documents below. These outline a pretty good idea of everything that I would need to know to ensure a high level of quality for your wedding. These sheets allow me to figure out any logistical concerns, music needs, or anything else that I don’t need to bother you with.

If you’ve got a wedding planner, I will be working closely with them in this stage.

The high level planning aid is a basic roadmap for the day. This is a general outline of the potential events of your wedding day. Please feel free to use this as a planning aid, even if you don’t book thirtyfour audio.

The reception detail planning aid is specifically for the reception. There are a lot more moving parts to a reception, so I have outlined a number of events to help everything run smoothly.

WEDDING DAY

You’ve got enough to worry about. I’ll handle all of the things we’ve planned. Other than that, don’t worry. If there’s anything else you need, or last minute requests, you’ll have my number. I am very flexible with changes, and will find a way to make whatever you need work. I understand that this is one of the best days of your life. My job is to make sure it lives up to your expectations…at least as far as your audio is concerned.

With regard to your reception, I am generally a little more hands on for the things that have to happen.

I will do my best to wrangle the wedding party, but may need to enlist a groomsman and/or bridesmaid to help gather everyone for introductions. I will give a quick overview of what’s going to happen and what everyone needs to do right before we do it. I’ve found that simple instructions, and little bit of cooperation from the wedding party make this pretty straightforward.

From there, I just follow the itinerary that we worked on. Whatever needs to happen will happen when it is supposed to.

This is probably not the best time to quote Vanilla Ice, but if there is a problem, yo, I’ll solve it. I’ve done a lot of weddings. I’ve seen it all, and fixed it all. You’re in good hands.
